Lose weight with Feng Shui. A New Year  begins and we have new commitments for this year. One of them is to loose some weight, but we do not know how.  All the alternatives in the market is to buy some pills, diets that cost a lot of money or doing exhausted exercise and you know we do not have the time for that and be honest we don't like to do exercise (we should but no thanks). Let me share with you my secret of maintaining my healthy weight with Feng Shui.

First, you have to make a commitment with yourself and finally decide to do this.

Second, block your kitchen from the view when entering your home. This could be done with a divider as the one we have for you in our store or a plant. This will stop the craving to eat.

Third buy a navy blue (this color reduces your appetite) dish. Buy a regular dish or a salad round dish. Drink as much water as you can or natural juice with no sugar added. Eliminate the sodas.  Look for snacks with 100 calories or less and have two snacks daily (10am and 2pm) and a 4oz. of light milk at 8:00 pm to end the day.  If you love desserts like me, take a small bite. When going out to eat, ask for the kids meal, they are perfect.

Have fun dance while doing the home cleaning, relax and take a walk hand on hand with your loved ones for 15 to 30 minutes three days a week. Enjoy life. You will be reducing your regular dish to an smaller one, I started with the regular one but now my portion is the small salad navy blue dish, I eat enough and the food that I love.

Many clients ask me for the Ba Gua or Pa Kua, because someone told them it is good for their home or office.   This is half true. The Ba Gua or Pa Kua is one of the important tools in Feng Shui and it is very powerful, that is why when used correctly you will be improving the good chi of your surroundings, but if you use this tool in wrong way bad things could happen.

What it is the meaning of Ba Gua or Pa Kua?  The meaning is:  Ba = Eight (8) Gua= Sectors

It is the map of the sectors of your life: Fame, Relationship, Children, Mentors, Careers, Family, Knowledge and Prosperity. We have a nine (9) sector that is Health and it is the center of our map of life, Ba Gua or Pa Kua.

When to use a Ba Gua or Pa Kua? You use the Ba Gua or  Pa Kua only if:

-You have a straight street towards your front door.

-If you have a taller building in front of your house or office.

-If you have edges of taller buildings in front of your front door or window.

-If you have some disturbing effects like: poles, lamp posts, antennas, high density cables, electricity posts, spires that are pointing toward your front door of your office or home.

In Feng Shui the best way to control the bad chi or energy is by absorbing, blocking or deflecting them with a Ba Gua or Pa Kua placed at the front door or window of your home or office.
