For PO Box Orders: USA a minimum shipping charge of $10 per order from 1 to 4 pounds. Additional freight might be charged over 5 pounds. Feng Shui Decors Store will notify the client prior completion of order. For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico (7% tax will be charged also), Guam, Virgin Islands, APO/FPO Military Addresses with a minimum shipping charge of $30 per order. Some product due to weight and location may need additional freight charge, but the client will be notify before making the shipment.
International shipments must contact with us by the "contact us" page indicating their products choice and address to be shipped our customer service department will be contacting for completion and final shipping and handling charges.
If an item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us at fengshuidecorsstore.com “Contact Us” link immediately and we will determine whether a credit or replacement is in order. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Return Policy for non-defective, non-broken items
Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 10 days. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.
Returns cannot be accepted after 10 days. Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in resale able condition. Merchandise, Merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements.
