For PO Box Orders: USA a minimum shipping charge of $10 per order.  For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico (7% tax will be charged also), Guam, Virgin Islands, APO/FPO Military Addresses with a minimum shipping charge of $20 per order.
